Review: Very good poison - Had problem with mice during the heat wave near the back door, which meant they were also getting into the kitchen, we had some old poison that didn’t seem to work. We got recommended blocks and when I searched through desertcart these were the best ones. We placed 2 blocks out first, in the usual places we had seen the mice. It took around 24 hours for the mice to first eat any of the block. Each lunch time we would see a mouse chewing on the block- this was the same for around a week. We did catch some mice in traps but there were at least 2/3 eating the blocks. After around 10 days the one block was gone and a third of the other one was left. I decided to put a fresh block out which wasn’t touched at all (apart from the snails- they will eat it all! ). Haven’t seen any sign of them since so very effective. I can't help you. Suggest you contact seller😊 **Q: Does tha bait have to stay dry** A: It’s waxy so will stay dry but that then attracts slugs which eat it. They are unharmed but hedgehogs might eat them. Best keep them dry. I’ve built special tunnel boxes with restricted access so only rats/mice can get in. Happy to post pictures with dimensions if required. These poison blocks have a central hole. I thread wire through five or six like a necklace and then tie it down otherwise the rats will just remove the bait and store it. If it’s tied down, then they have to eat it. **Q: Would a grey squirrel fit in here?** A: squirrels are quite agile but I think the hole is to small **Q: What is the active ingredient and what strength % in the Ultra Power Rat Poison?
