Review: Does what it says - I have used this product for 4 days straight. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and dont have much energy or focus. This product does what it says. I feel optimistic about getting up and starting my day, I dont suffer from brain fog, and I have enough energy to get through the day. I only felt jittery the first day however I believe I waited too long before eating. It does help curb your appetite. I haven't felt the need to eat as much at meal times and dont snack that often throughout the day.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Not bad, but not great. Keep your regular morning coffee and have this later.

The first day I had the coffee I did feel energetic and there were no noticeable effects like jitters or racing pulse. My mood was noticeably better. The second day, I was napping by 1pm. No noticeable effects. No energy either. The taste is not terrible, but it is also not the kind of coffee you charge for upon waking out of bed. In my opinion, it would be better to have an option with no xylitol. Not everyone has sweetener in their coffee. There is a horrible aftertaste as well. I added some half and half and managed to drink most of both cups I’ve had. I will update the next few weeks as to if this coffee is really worth the hype or not. UPDATE: I really tried. Evidently my gag reflex is just too reactive to not-so-great-tasting stuff. It did make me nauseated and the aftertaste is something I cannot get use to. I noticed another user said this is an additive to beverages. This brand may have such thing, but this is instant coffee. The directions say to add to hot or cold water and should you like a “boost” to your coffee you can add a pack. Personally, I'll stick with my regular cup of coffee and leave the weightloss to my diet.
