I have had a pulled neck muscle that was bothering me for several days, and getting a conventional heating pad to stay in contact with the sore area was nearly impossible. The Zen Therapy neck pad goes right where it is needed and stays in place; it has really given me relief and sped the healing process, and aside from that it just feels really good (had my wife try it on just to show her how it worked, and ended up having a hard time getting it back from her...). Bottom line: I love it, and highly recommend it to anyone with neck or upper back pain. I would recommend it to a friend in need.
