**Q: does this include a "8-32" tap ?**
A: No, all the taps are metric. The tool is a very poor design so the taps are held at an angle making it difficult to start cutting thread.

**Q: Can this hold a 10-32 tap?**
A: This T-Handle Ratchet Tap Holder Wrench only fits 3-8 tap, and it is a full set which come with the taps.

**Q: has anyone used this to cut thru steel?**
A: I have only used it to clean up old rusty threads in steel fender nut plates.  Quality seems good though.

**Q: What is the actual measured outside diameter of the M3 tap?**
A: To convert mm to decimal, divide by 25.4. or use an Internet conversion table. 3mm would equal 0.118" rounded off. 1/2" is 0.5" or 12.7mm (0.5*25.4).
