I love that the ingredients don't contain any synthetic additives. The vitamin c for examples comes from amla berry powder, the zinc comes from shiitake, oyster mushrooms and holy basil etc. The fact that the capsules don't contain any bulking agents is also a bonus. 60 capsules provide a 1-2 month supply depending on your preferred dosage of 1-2 capsules a day. It is always tricky to pinpoint how well supplements work especially when taken for maintenance rather than for any specific ailments but I trust that these are beneficial for my overall health.
