The unit I received was perfect quality in every aspect. No cracks, blemishes, missing pieces, etc. The only slight issue I had was the handles would stick in some of the holes. I put a drop of silicon in each hole and then wiped them clean.... No more sticking problem. Prob could do the same thing using furniture polish. This item is visually motivating with all the colors and graphics. Just the visual stuff alone will get you on track. Many are saying that you can do the same workout using loose grips or even dumbbells on the floor. I would agree. If that will work for you then that is a great option. Go for it. Whatever will get you going. I am not excited about all the surrounding hype about mixing in cardio and other exercises with the pushup suggestions. Again I would say... If this product gets you motivated and actually doing pushups then you are heading in the right direction. Don't let others steer you either for or away from this type of product until you try it for yourself. I would also suggest that you start using this product using the beginners knee type pushups to get started. I am not associated with this item or company in any way...
