Review: Great exercise on a budget - I have been dealing with health issues from long covid so i gave not been able to leave my home much for months now. I purchased this as an attempt to get in some exercise and to help me lose the 10 lbs i gained being out of work for now. I have been using it 3 to 4 times a day doing 100 reps per set, doing 50 with overhand grip and 50 with underhand grip. It is a great workout that affects calves, thighs, back, shoulders, neck, back the the arms, biceps, and forearms. It was very simple to assemble and is small enough that the size is perfect for my apartment. The cost is very low as an entry level quiet rowing machine. The quality of the machine is pretty great in my opinion, holds up well. Overall the performance of this machine is fantastic. I have had it for weeks now and the only wear i see on it is a little bit on the paint where the seat travels back and forth. I know others have complained about the seats size and comfort... i have had no issue with the seat at all and find it plent comfortable. The resistance bands are covered in woven fabric that seems good quality, havent noticed any fraying at all. The bar grip is good too, padded on both sides and easy to grip. The readout is fairly simple on the display so very easy to understand.
Review: Boomer Works Out with Kids. - Everyone who visits my house hops on it and glides away. It fits people of all ages, from five-year-olds to boomers. My grandkids love it and completely forget about their usual tech—TV, cell phones, and gaming systems. It’s just one of the machines in my home gym, so they stay active and work out without even realizing it, thinking they’re just having fun. It’s quiet, easy to assemble, and stores neatly against the wall, just as advertised. The adjustable resistance is a plus, and the price is spot-on. It’s a fantastic buy for smaller home gyms. Most importantly, I’m fighting aging with fitness and healthy eating habits many boomers give up on. I plan to take care of myself and live independently until the day I die! So, work out with kids and grandkids friends and neighbors you will stay younger than you are biologically. Cheat time stay younger longer.
