I posted a question about the product and noticed two hours later that a response from the seller had been waiting for me, so 10 stars each for product and customer service! I am using the excelsior for a young squirrel that somehow lost his right rear foot, and part of that leg. He is living in a hollowed out Catalpa tree, which.. he might as well be sleeping in a sieve when it rains, and winter snows are thankfully late this year, but quickly approaching. The squirrel is adjusting pretty well, but because his handicap is obvious in his lack of speed and coordination, he is pretty much a loner. Squirrels usually spend winters with at least one other squirrel, to keep each other warm, so this excelsior is going to help keep him comfy and dry in his new squirrel house. The seller has a great heart, and made sure the squirrel would have enough bedding, and that he had it ASAP. I will buy everything I can from this seller. Based on his ethics alone, I cannot reccomend this seller enough.
