## Questions & Answers

**Q: My toilet seat is sliding around.  Is there a replacement washer/ gasket something so it doesn't move.**
A: You could try adding thin flat rubber gaskets from your local hardware store. Ours slide too bc some users are obese and push the seat back when they sit. Continuously tightening the seat without mitigating will only wear it out.

**Q: does anyone know the internal measurements of the hole?**
A: The internal measurement for the inner whole for the elongated seat: 11-1/2" and 8".
And for the round seat: 10-1/4" and 8".

**Q: Can this be used with a bidet?**
A: Dear Holly,

Our seat cannot be used with a bidet. The size will not fit. Sorry.

I was super excited about it. And it doesn't work I think the Bob's burned out and I can't buy a ball for that little so I'm very disappointed I paid quite a bit for it and really contemplated it to spend that much money and now I'm sorry it's never worked
