The sphere arrived very brushed looking and the reflection was very blurred. However this is perfectly suitable as a garden ornament. I sent this item back about 2 months ago and continued searching for a mirror like reflection without any blur. I eventually decided to settle with this product by re ordering it this time by theyre phone number. I phoned them up and they couldnt have been any more helpful. Extremely polite customer service and attended to my needs. I told them my situation that I needed a mirror like reflection without that horrible brushed look across it. The lady quite literally searched the shelves for the most suitable one based on what I was looking for. She also said that some of them arrive more brushed and scratched looking and others much more mirror like (each sphere is slightly different). I received my product today and couldn't be happier. I can now get some really nice crisp reflections from this Ball for CG and VFX aswell as photography. So if your looking for something specific as I was, phone them up and they will be happy to help. Right now it's sitting on my desk next to me, allowing me a nice overview of the room. The ball itself is very light, being empty on the inside.
