I love the fact that they are bamboo so even though they are silky they do not have an artificial or non-absorbent feel like a lot of the artificial thread materials. More like a very silky cotton. These pillowcases became beyond wrinkly after the first wash and dry cycle. Not sure if they could have been preserved by tumble dry low, but given how bad it was after one wash I doubt it.
