I don't see a toggle button.** A: The clean and charge station automatically determines that for you. To my knowledge, there is no way to manually change the intensity. What I do is, after I’m done shaving, I remove the top of the cartridge head and rinse it thoroughly with water, then shake out the excess water and put the cartridge head back on and put it in the clean and charge station.
