I have larger pores on the sides of my nose and on my cheeks. The cream is thick and smooths out evenly and easily. The tip of the applicator can be used to blend and smooth it into the skin. It does not burn or irritate my sensitive skin. I am not sure if this actually works by shrinking my pores, or if it is really just blurring my pores, but whatever it is doing looks like it is working to eliminate the appearance of my pores. I use this and let it sit for awhile, then I put s touch of my usual primer on, then I apply makeup. I really think it improves the appearance of my makeup foundation, and seems to help make my skin look smoother. I am not sure that the changes will eventually be more permanent, as I think the results are temporary, but there ARE results.
