My son told me about them. He went to pick up a bed for me that had been described as new. On getting it back to me, it was pretty obvious that it most definitely wasn't new. I went straight to the advert to put in a complaint but the ad had already been deleted. My son didn't know it had been advertised as new. He suggested buying one of these, and I'm so pleased I did. Although this is going to be a guest bed, I didn't want anyone sleeping on it knowing it wasn't new. The bed wasn't cheap, either, so I was furious. I'm still angry over being ripped off but I'd now happily sleep on this mattress myself now it's all snug in its Wrappybag. The zipper seems up to the job. No one has needed to sleep in the bed yet but the fitted sheet went on nicely, as did the duvet. It's been moved around a bit and nothing has slipped off yet. If you have concerns over a mattress, this is the ideal solution to put your mind at rest.
