So I purchased it, applied it one time, trying to make sure the powder got down into the roots best I could. About a week or two later I noticed the little bit of plant I left above ground had lost all color and was dried out. Good stuff this product. Does what it claims to do! I don't know what kind of plant it was. I couldn't have pulled it up if I had tried. The stems at the bottom were like bamboo and the leaves were like stiff fanned out palm looking things. If so what's the best way to use it.** A: Unfortunately, the stumps of blackberries are too small to use Stump Out on. The product was designed to be used on larger stumps of trees. It does work but you got to be thinking more in decades than years. I've been in no hurry with the ones I have treated. **Q: If I use Stump-Out approximately how long will it take to rot a stump 2 feet in diameter?** A: my tree took about a year and repeated filling the holes with the product bud finally did work it broke apart and you just shovel it out **Q: The bottle says it contains enough product for a 12-18” stump. Should I use 2 bottles for a 24” stump or would it not be effective for bigger stumps?** A: Be sure to drill 2” deep 1/2” diameter holes in the surface of the stump. 30 holes should be enough. Use a tablespoon of Stump Out for each hole.
