I had bought 3 of the bar stools and 2 of them were a bit wobbly when you sat in them. Contacted customer service and they got back to me right away, on the weekend! Sent them a few pictures and they sent over the replacement parts for the metal pieces in 2 days. Very communicative and helpful. Replacement pieces worked out great, and chairs are no longer wobbly.Secondly, they look super cute in person. Definitely elevates the space. They were really easy to put together, Took me about an hour and a half to build all 3 by myself. They are the perfect height for my counter, and they slide perfectly underneath. They're comfortable to sit in and they feel sturdy.I'd highly recommend these chairs.
