I discovered it when I did not get any information on my tracking number. Do your research and don't make my mistake in trusting Amazon for the best deal. Buyer beware. I always shop for the best deal. Oh well I got tracking data now. Pul pal is pricy but well worth it. Packaging is good.4. Company responds quickly to email.5. There is a small loop on one arm to tie a rope to in case the spade gets stuck. I'd vote for a slightly bigger loop so a small shackle could fit.6. The spade (like any shovel) is going to get worn. I'd vote for a 'plus' model or upgrade to a stainless spade (if feasible).7. Instructions are a tad slim, but I'm not an experienced user.
