We installed them following the instructions and everything worked as they said, the room looked great and we were happy with the result. Due to the review on the stickiness of the lights, we placed a clear thumb tack every other feet or so (don't pierce the strip!! only as support right below it). You can not see them and now 6 months latter everything is still in place. Around may timeline, one of the strips died, I contacted Miheal customer service through email. They replied within 24 hours, honoring the warranty, no questions asked. They gave me a code to order a replacement strip from Amazon at no cost to me. Two days latter I had a brand new, working strip at home.
