A: It doesn't have a seperate release button for the beaters, you release the beaters by pushing down on the power button

A: Yes they are stainless steel

**Q: What type of plastic are the easy clean beaters made of? are the other beaters, dough hooks and whisk made of stainless steel?**
A: I don't know what kind of plastic the easy clean beaters are made of, but they are plastic.  The other items are metal, stainless steel I guess.  This is a very powerful hand mixer, too powerful actually.  I have only used the first speed because the other speeds are way too fast.  Only 1 speed, meaning no low or high speed.

A: No se exactamente el material, pero lo compré hace varios años y vivo en un sitio con mucho salitre, créeme que es una muy buena compra. Mi única queja es que el nivel más bajo no es tan bajo.
