**Q: I need to lay new concrete base over an old one, can I use this to paint on old concrete first so that the new concrete will bond?**
A: Yes you can use sbr but you don’t paint it on  you mix it with cement to make a slurry not to stiff pour over floor then brush it in to leave a rough finish hope this helps

**Q: Can this product be painted over with masonry paint on an outdoor brick wall.**
A: Yes, absolutely,  if existing flaky paint and dust is removed firstly a coat of PVA will assist contact of new paint.

**Q: Can I use with KRend**
A: Yes you can use sbr   Wet wall first apply sbr primer to wall   Apply base coat before primer fully dries leave to dry out scrape base coat and apply topcoat of k rend

**Q: Can I use this to bond gravel?**
A: No
