Thk u** A: The screen frame itself is made out of plastic. The product in it's entirety does have metal components such as the bendable neck, but there is no metal on the frame or on the screen. There is just one little tightening screw which holds and connects the frame to the neck. The clamp is pretty crap though and I really struggled to attach it to anything. The head is also super heavy and so it can droop unless you carefully balance it.
