Review: Easy to install - I was getting some heavy water hammering on my hot water line under the bathroom sink. This stopped that. Pros: 1. Easy to install 2. Works great. 3. I only installed one under my bathroom sink, but it stopped the hammering on all the showers, and sinks. Cons: 1. No cons at all. It worked great.
Review: Seemed to help pipe thumping - These seem to help with the pipes going thump when the ice maker and water dispenser are used. I don't have another brand to compare it to, so not sure if there are others may work better. I still have a little thumping of the pipe, but it did reduce it some.

I bought one for the hotel I stay at. Very bad hammer from the toilets. On my room, the hammer is GONE. I can still hear the other rooms hammer (same water line) but it is quieter. The manager says he will get some for the other rooms.
