I put the TV up and he threw out the box without realizing the remote was in it. I have spent about 2 hours with fire tech people to not get a remote that works with this TV. That was after we had to prove my husband bought this TV on his account because they will not give you or help you if you didn't actually buy the fire product yourself. There are no identifying markings on the TV to say what type of TV or serial number or anything of that type so he had to be present every time I called to find out what remote would be needed for this TV. If you buy a TV as a gift and or give it to somebody and they need a remote Amazon will not assist you in any way! You have to buy every remote until you get the right one! After being told this was the proper remote for the TV, it still doesn't work. Never ever again will I buy or my husband Buy an Amazon fire product again! They are absolutely ridiculous about this!
