**Q: Confused about where it's produced--so many insignificant answers?**
A: Sapori has its headquarters in Milan, but the panforti are made in the plant the company has in Florence.

**Q: Where was The Margherita, that I purchased, made?**
A: I do not know where it was made but certainly in Italy.Truly Delicious just as it was when I was Living in Italy.

**Q: Confused about where it's produced--Milano, Firenze??**
A: This panforte is produced in Siena.  Sapori is a 19th century Siena-based company with a showroom in Piazza del Campo, Siena.  The Margherita version, the original (not figs and noce), is a Roman-era cake, like an American MRE, that troops carried with them for eating on the march.  Panettone is the fruit cake produced in Milano. Zuccotto or schiacciata are the cakes of Firenze

**Q: Please have a look at the fig/walnut Sapori box: close to where the box is opened, it says the product was produced in Milan/Florence plant???**
A: I no longer have the container.
