The nozzle that goes inside could be a bit longer and a bit wider but it's no biggy. After pumping in the fluid sit on the toilet for ten minutes or so and feel it all come out. Essential for back door play to avoid any embarrassment. Don't forget to use a good lube and clean up is easy. Good value for money, highly recommended over other cleansing methods.
