Eating extra fiber and probiotic supplements actually doesn’t work well for me, it actually makes it worse. I’ve spent so much money trying different green powders, prebiotic/probiotic blends, mushroom powders, etc, and they never really did much for me.The only thing that has worked for me is this surprisingly. It’s good quality, doesn’t have a bunch of artificial ingredients (other than sucralose but I can live with that), and the taste isn’t bad either. It doesn’t taste like orange juice, more like a sweeter, knock off Tang, but it’s not bad. It mixes well but there are going to be orange/red sediment on the bottom (but you won’t feel granules in your mouth), I just shake it a little before every sip. It says to mix 1 scoop into 8-12oz of water, I usually use 12-14 because of how sweet it is. I also add in 1-1 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (w the mother) into it even though it already has some in it for extra benefits. I drink it on an empty stomach every morning and I can feel it churning in my stomach but not in a bad way lol I don’t think I sense a difference in my energy levels, but I do feel less bloated after I drink it before eating breakfast. If you have issues w constipation like me, I’d give it a try. I think it works better for me with the extra apple cider vinegar added, eating a ripe avocado with my breakfast (for soluble and non-soluble fiber) and I also either drink half a bottle of kombucha or a cup of kefir a day for more natural prebiotics/probiotics. I don’t wanna say that this alone has changed my life or anything, but the combination of everything definitely has. Worth the money for me for sure ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daily Gut Health Staple—Tastes Great and Actually Works *by on Reviewed in the United States 14 April 2026* This has become a non-negotiable part of my morning routine. I drink it every day (usually mixed with my creatine), and it blends easily without any weird texture or overpowering taste—the orange flavor is actually really yummy. What stands out most is how it makes me feel. It helps keep my digestion on track and noticeably reduces bloating, especially when I’m consistent with it. It’s a simple addition that makes a real difference in how I start my day.I also appreciate how easy it is to use—quick to mix, no fuss, and fits seamlessly into a daily routine. If you’re looking for something to support gut health without sacrificing taste or convenience, this is a solid choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good gut support helps my stomach bloat *by on Reviewed in the United States 27 March 2026* Love my good morning drink take my daily dose every morning. Helps with digestion and overall gut support. I’ve noticed a huge improvement with my bloating and morning routine.
