In terms of results, I can’t say I noticed anything dramatic personally, but I mainly used it more for dietary and protein intake purposes rather than expecting major changes. Overall, a very enjoyable and easy-to-drink casein powder that mixes far better than many others I’ve tried.
Review: Extremely sweet - Extremely sweet and not very chocolatey. I have a sweet tooth but this is sickly. Needs to be mixed with something bitter like cacao nibs to be tolerable. I made mistake of blending it with milk and a ripe banana and I was almost sick lol. Decent price though & decent quality
