My brother is on an ultra-low sodium diet due to heart problems, so I am always on the look out for a new, low or no sodium snack treat for him. These looked good, but take my word for it, they have no taste at all! My brother ate a couple, said that they tasted like cardboard, and wouldn't eat any more. He gave them to me. I figured that he was exaggerating so I gave them a try. I tried them with many toppings. Peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, canned oysters, clams, even apple sauce. All I can say is, these crackers ruined the taste of many of my favorite foods to eat on top of crackers.
