In both cases, these were evenings that I suspected I would drink in good quantities, I didn't stop myself and I drank a little water during the evening as recommended. The following mornings I was very functional and able to do the tasks I had planned. During a 3rd evening that I thought would be peaceful, I didn't take Zbiotics but unfortunately I took 1 or 2 glasses too many while drinking a little water...
