It's not difficult to do but does take some time. As for keeping water out from under the hood during rain or car washes it does a good job. Some water does get in there but I would say about 80% is deflected. Worth the purchase and the time it takes to install. Review: Not great - I was excited to have this sine the tesla has so much noise. After reading review, i gave it a try. Easy to install, but lack of instruction. For the girl to do car stuffs, i think more handy instructions would be great. Anyway, after 1st day you can see pieces falling off. And the noise not reduce that much, material is thin. I feel waste of my money and time. ## Features - 【Durable Material】Be made of durable rubber. Model Y Rubber Seal Weather Strip is less smell and no harm to the human body. These rubber provide excellent resistance to water absorption, ozone, sunlight aging, low temperature, and compression set. - 【Rubber Seal】Custom Rubber Seal drowns out noise, eliminates vibration, and protects your vehicle from outside elements. - 【Special Soundproof Houles Design】Sealing strip has a special design. The multi-holes always reduce the sound propagation on both sides of the door, and they absorb a portion of the sound waves to reduce the noise. Also, these holes can effectively reduce the pressing force between the door and the door frame while the door is being closed, thereby reducing the sound of closing the door. - 【Easy Installation】Cleaning the surface, Measuring the length, tearing off the film, and Sticking in place(hard press for a while to ensure it can be installed firmly, and don't touch it within 12 hours). - 【Custom Used for Tesla Model Y】Door Rubber Seal applied to seal the front trunk, A-pillar, Front door, B-pillar, Rear door, and Rear trunk. Waterproof and dustproof, reduce wind noise. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BXB4S82K | | Best Sellers Rank | #62,481 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #171 in Automotive Weather Stripping | | Brand | KUNIST | | Brand Name | KUNIST | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 3.3 out of 5 stars 367 Reviews | | Included Components | Bag | | Item Highlight | Soundproof Noise Insulation Sealing for Tesla Model Y 2020-2026 | | Item Type Name | weather strip | | Manufacturer | KUNIST | | Manufacturer Part Number | Tibo-T-31 | | Material | Rubber | | Material Type | Rubber | | Model Number | Tibo-T-31 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Recommended Uses For Product | weather-tight sealing, noise reduction, wind protection from outside elements, and vibration elimination Recommended Uses For Product weather-tight sealing, noise reduction, wind protection from outside elements, and vibration elimination See more | | Unit Count | 3 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** KUNIST - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Rubber - **Number of Items:** 1 ## Images ![Rubber Seal Weather Strip for Tesla Model Y Juniper 2026 Accessories - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ukEyBdz3L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product. *by G***I on August 11, 2026* Easy install but just be patient pushing the wiper edge thru the pieces mounted in the under side of the good. It's not difficult to do but does take some time. As for keeping water out from under the hood during rain or car washes it does a good job. Easy to install, but lack of instruction. For the girl to do car stuffs, i think more handy instructions would be great. Anyway, after 1st day you can see pieces falling off. It was also the second one I bought. I installed the frame of the first one, then attempted to insert the rubber gasket through the frame. This proved beyond my capability! After nearly an hour of lying on my back, contorting in and out of the fronk, and struggling to get past the second joint I attempted to remove it to start again. In so doing I broke most of the wimpy plastic tabs in the center section. (Why they opted for a series of flimsy tabs rather than a continuous channel is beyond me!) So, I ordered a new one. This time I assembled the frame on my workbench; taped the sections together; then, with the generous application of dish soap, spent about 20 minutes working the gasket through the frame. Once that was accomplished, I installed it on the fronk and removed the tape. Naturally, one of the clips didn't really "snap" into place but it seems fairly secure, nonetheless. The instructions say it can be difficult but to be patient. My advice is to assemble the thing and then install it. (Not sure why Tesla doesn't do it in the first place, but....) ## Frequently Bought Together - KUNIST for Tesla Model Y Accessories, Rubber Seal Weather Strip Soundproof Noise Insulation Sealing for Tesla Model Y - BASENOR 2025 Upgraded Tesla Model Y Mud Flaps Splash Guards Vehicle Sediment Protection No Drilling No Tape Mudflaps Tire Protector Mudflaps All Weather Tesla Exterior Accessories (Set of 4) - Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector [GlasTR EZ FIT] Designed for Tesla Model 3 (2023-2017), Tesla Model Y (2024-2020) 15 inch Dashboard Touchscreen - Matte/Anti Fingerprint --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/538370373-rubber-seal-weather-strip-for-tesla-model-y-juniper-2026](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/538370373-rubber-seal-weather-strip-for-tesla-model-y-juniper-2026) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
