Within a short time of installation, the fan stopped working completely. I raised a complaint, and a technician visited and confirmed that the product is faulty and needs replacement. However, it has been more than 45 days, and I have still not received any replacement or proper update from the service team. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and after-sales service from Crompton, but this experience has been very frustrating. I do not recommend this product due to poor quality and extremely delayed customer support.
