You can definitely trust the customer service for this product. This chair seems worth the price in terms of number of features. The cushion is soft enough and overall it's reasonably comfortable. The various points of adjustment don't adjust quite as far as I had pictured. The lumbar support feels a little flimsy and doesn't have any padding. The armrests don't lock in position which is annoying.
