I was toying with adding CO2 but didn't want the extra equipment, and having plenty of fish was worried about overdosing and generally upsetting the balance in the tank.When I came across these root tabs, I thought I'd give it a go and see what happens. Very pleased with the result. Its only been a couple of weeks since I tried these and the plants look a lot stronger and much more vibrant, and I'd say at least an inch of new growth.The instruction on the pack was to crush a tab and put into the substrate by the root - well I couldn't see how to do this, so broke the tabs in two with my fingers as I put them into the gravel. Not sure how one could put a crushed tab into gravel underwater, but my broken pieces seem to be doing the job.There are 10 tabs in the pack, with instructions for regular dosing.
