Easy to put on and comfortable.. just be sure to turn it so the velcro end is away from you or you might get scratched. I'm a 5'10" woman with 8" ankles and 6 1/2 inch wrists... Any smaller and you might have difficulty tightening these enough. I've only had these for a couple months and only wear for a few minutes a couple times a week during specific exercises.. so far holding up good, no leaks or rips. I am careful with undoing the velcro strap as I figure that's what causes the most pull/tension that could lead to rips and leaks.
