**Q: Would this work for Alto Sax mouthpiece?**
A: Music teacher here: Yes, it definitely works on a saxophone. Does no damage to the reeds.

**Q: How long does this last for?**
A: Depends on the frequency of use, like do they have band daily/twice a week, do they practice daily. Are they prone to be sick. I bought my daughter a bottle when she started 5th grade band and we are nearing the end of 6th grade and we still have some left in bottle. But she doesn’t spray it every time she uses her flute but I make her use more during flu season.

**Q: Is this safe to use on silver flutes?**
A: I see no reason why not. Just keep it to the mouthpiece area as it is not really designed as a cleaner for the entire instrument.

**Q: Would this be good for a ceramic ocarina? What about a wood ocarina?**
A: Mi-t-mist dries fast so I would assume that it would work on both.

I use this on my flute piccolo mouth piece, and it cleans really well with a cloth and this spray. It brings a minty refreshing smell.

We purchased this cleaner at the recommendation of our son's music teacher. It's the cleaner they use for their personal instruments and it is also what they keep stocked in their classroom for the kids to clean out their instruments as needed. It's a well priced product, our trumpet and french horn player approves of the product - likes the way it cleans, likes that there isn't a residue to it, and likes that a lot isn't needed to get the job done.For me, that's a 5 star product as it's going to last through a season of marching band, concert band, jazz band, and winds/horms. If I can have a cleaning product that works well, lasts for a school and competition year, and there aren't any skin breakouts and there isn't any staining on the instruments themselves - I'm all for repurchasing and reusing this product over and over. Came teacher and band director approved too!
