**Q: Will it hold large cast iron pans**
A: Dear, the maximum load-bearing capacity of this large adhesive hooks can reach 44lb, but the premise is that the self-adhesive hook needs to be adhered to a smooth mirror wall, such as a ceramic tile marble wall, otherwise it will affect the adhesion and the load-bearing capacity cannot reach 44lb.

You insert in opening and rests on closed bottom. 
Very secure.

A: No. They stick pretty securely.

A: Hold very well,  actually , mine are still on after 30 days
