Review: Terrible life span - avoid - In theory this is a great toy but the battery life - or integrity of the battery is shocking. We had less than an hour play and it stopped working. Have attempted to charge the battery pack three times now and the crane works for a matter of seconds before stopping entirely. The issue seems to be with the actual crane battery pack rather than the remote control.

**Q: Hi I have lost the charging cable for batteries, Do you sell that ?**
A: Did you ever find a USB charger for this? I contacted deAO direct via their website and they didn't want to know, just said I need to speak to the deAO team on Amazon... Considering it's their product and I just wanted information on the USB charger instead of buying another one that doesn't charge the batteries, I find the after-sales care poor.

**Q: Does it do a 360 degree  ,?**
A: Yes, it spins the full 360. My son and his friends love this crane.

**Q: How do you know the batteries are charged up. I get a red light then connect the batteries and light goes off on the charger.**
A: It was bought for our grandson so I will ask my daughter if she knows the answer . 
There was a note on the instructions that I made her aware of 
 Which said not to charge on mains plug usb...but to plug into a pc or laptop to charge

**Q: How do you know if the batteries are charged up**
A: the light stays on the usb charger
