But this new FireDisc cooker is by far my favorite right now. It's only three total pieces and fits together without any tools. The legs are two pieces and then the disc itself. It's so compact that it fits in the trunk of my RV when we go camping. Last weekend I took it out and we make chicken fajitas. Here's the recipe I used if you're interested. They are simply delicious!Chicken Fajitas============1/2 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons chili powder2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 cup white tequila1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1 teaspoon liquid smoke.Juice of one lime3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into stripsBell peppersSquash/zucchini (optional)Whisk all ingredients for the marinade together and place marinade and chicken strips in a large ziploc baggy. Let marinate 4 hours, up to overnight. The batch we did marinaded about a day and a half. Heat FireDisc with oil, saute onions, peppers and any other veggies until tender. Remove and repeat with marinated chicken strips.
