**Q: I’m new to these pens. how do i install the ink ? do i need a ink converter ? if so can you tell me which one to order**
A: In order to install the rollerball refill, please unscrew the tip from the barrel (body of the pen) and insert the refill. Then, please screw the pen back together. The pen is compatible with Parker rollerball refills only.

**Q: Does this accept Parker gel pens refills and Parker ballpoint refills? Thanks**
A: Hello! To this pen you can only use a rollerball fefills. Neither ball nor gel is suitable

**Q: Does anyone know if the pilot g2 premium gel roller refills work with the parker im rollerball?**
