However, it can be easily adjusted to a high setting. On the side of the flashlight, there’s a variety of light types, including warm white, cool white, green, red, blue, flashing red, and red and blue flashing. It also has a UV light that can be accessed by simply triple-click the button that turns on the side lights. Another useful feature is the ability to hold down the flashlight button to activate the brightest setting. Alternatively, pressing the button that controls the variety of lights on the side will produce a siren-like sound and flash red and blue. The flashlight has a magnet on the back, allowing it to be easily attached to metal surfaces. Charging the flashlight is convenient through a USB-C port, and it charges quickly. **Q: The cover for the charge port broke off the first time I opened it for my initial charge. Will this be a problem?**
A: Charging plug is mainly to play a certain role of waterproof and dustproof, the same as the phone charging port, as long as you do not let water spill into it

**Q: Are the batteries able to be replaced? (E.g. when the battery is degraded over long period of use, can it be replaced?)**
A: This is a built -in battery, which cannot be replaced. And the life expectancy of the built -in battery will be longer.

**Q: Is this or the APLOS better?**
A: Technically aplos has almost twice as many lumens (which makes it brighter so yes, in that logic, better), but this is half the price and half the size

**Q: Does this have overcharge protection? Like, if i leave it charging overnight, will that ruin the battery?**
A: This made me curious so I did an experiment. I plugged my charger block into a wattage meter. It does in fact draw almost no wattage when the charge is complete. I leave my plugged in overnight when the charge is low and have not noticed any battery degradation at all. And I use my light a lot because I do most of my work at night.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very very bright, lots of easily accessible modes.

This flashlight is super bright at the turbo mode, and it's easy to use. Each different function is easily accessible with different variations of pressing the two buttons. The battery is really long lasting, I've been using it for around 2 months and haven't charged it yet. The black light mode is especially good because it shines from the front rather than the side like most other EDC lights of this format. The alarm mode is especially handy and easy to activate, the alarm and flashing lights are likely startle an unsuspecting person. Loud/bright enough to frighten a determined mugger or the like? It's worth a try. The battery is enough to hold it on a flat vertical surface, but only just. It would have been nice if they had used a larger one, they have room for a larger magnet or two magnets of the size they used. Also it would be cool if they had made it usable for a power bank, it has a decent sized battery, obviously not big enough to charge a phone but in an emergency it would probably be enough to make a phone call. All in all, I'd get this one again.
