I use a variety of arch pads in various shoes. I notice that one doesn't fit all for me. My arches are medium, not super high or anything. But I need some arch support in most all shoes except some Eccos and Cobb Hills. I can't tolerate rigid or extremely high arch supports (like Pedag Step). These Dr. Rosenbergs are soft and just the right thickness for my shoes that have no arch support (eg, Clarks). I find them to be very comfortable, really perfect for me. I didn't think the shape would work for me but it does. I have only used them once so far (wore them for 13 hours straight) and they stuck great. I ordered more so that i don't have to move them out of the shoes i put them in. I was previously using the Dr. Scholl's For Her hidden arch supports, which provided higher arch support but they didn't stick well and came off every time I took the shoes off, and I ended up losing those supports.
