I bought them for my 1 and 3 year old. My 1 year old chews and it's very durable. **Q: Can I put warm water in it? What's the max temp it can hold?** A: It is not insulated, could probably fill with water up to 120F but it will not stay hot for long, or is designed for cold beverages. **Q: Is the straw wide enough to drink smoothies?** A: Yeah it seems wide enough for smoothies to me. My toddler can easily open and close the straw as well as easily hold the bottle, drink from it, and carry it with the strap. The patterns are cute and don't come off easily. They wash well in the dishwasher. And they fit in cup holders. Just don't expect them to stay anything but room temperature, since they lack insulation.This is not my first time buying these bottles. I usually get 2-3 at a time and rotate them daily or sooner if they get dirty. They get used and abused at daycare and lasts 6+ months. I also love that this brand makes its own straw replacements (which extends it's time in use in a cheaper and more eco-friendly way than complete replacement) instead of using off brand replacement straws that don't fit quite right. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Bentgo Journey.. *by on Reviewed in the United States January 12, 2026* Dinosaur cup: Love that it’s dishwasher safe, love that it does not leak at all, and love the size. We have had this cup a while now and it is still working great.Edit: Puppy cup: So I changed my review to 3 stars. I bought a second one for my daughter since I loved the first one so much. I didn’t use hers right away and when I was ready to give it to her I noticed it kept leaking. I tried everything to get it to stop leaking, but nothing worked. I sort of just dealt with it because I only intended to use it for water. I noticed it on the floor on its side one day and all the water practically leaked out! Unfortunately, it’s too late to return. Just in case, make sure you use when you buy to avoid my mistake.Edit#2: I contacted Bentgo customer service and they were amazing! They went above and beyond to replace my daughter’s puppy cup. Although, they sent a second puppy cup and it leaked too! I noticed a pattern on the reviews that the puppy cup had the most issues. (Not sure what the design of the cup has to do with it, but I had 2 of them and both leaked.) So, I reached out again to customer service and asked if maybe I could try a different design and they let me choose which ever one I wanted! I chose the purple unicorn cup and have not had any issues. I’m so glad I reached out to them because I thought it was too late and they helped me with everything I needed.
