A bit clammy in warm conditions. Biggest niggle is that it can get a little clammy in warmer weather, however zipped side vents do help. I was going to Australia for a month and needed something lightweight, dependable and not expensive. It seemed like a good middle ground between a cheap Pac a Mac and a bells and whistles £200 + job.After using it for several months, I'd say that's exactly what it is. It's definately proved to be waterproof, having kept me dry in Australian storms, and also the good old British weather once back at home. Packs up very small (into its own pocket if you want, but I just stuff mine into my bag). I get a lot of compliments and it really fits well. I am a large and this is slightly oversized, allowing just enough room for other layers.I use it for cycling too. The jacket isn't massively breathable so after an hour's riding with only this and a t shirt, some condensation can appear in the sleeves. There are pit zips that help with this though.I'd say that this is a good, all round jacket that keeps you dry and would potentially make up part of a decent, budget walking/hiking set up that also doesn't look out of place in the town.Be aware that the red is just a shade off of pink. I was unsure to start, but now really love the colour. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable, Lightweight & Affordable. Took it with me to Japan last year and have been using it ever since whenever I go hiking and have to contend with some light rain and the like. Fares fine against moderate hail and snow, too. Packs down very *very* well and also acts as a good cover for your pack if you have to leave it out in the rain while camping and it's really spitting bullets.Only qualm is that the DWR coating/etc wore out obscenely fast and didn't work too well to begin with. The first time I used it near-zero in the rain and mist up a mountain, it soaked itself fairly fast, outside-in. Thankfully I can guarantee that it is indeed waterproof: dry as a fresh piece of toast on the inside.On another note, do not recommend for extreme amounts of rain or very *very* high wind.
