The sugar-free version only requires 2/3 of the amount the sugared does. It is more cost-effective than the regular with sugar if the containers are the same price. The sugar-free containers have 28 servings, the sugared only 17 servings. This info is directly from the packaging. **Q: Can you use this as instant coffee (by itself, mixed with water) - or does it need to be added to regular coffee?** A: You could do either one, but I personally prefer it with just water.
