Review: I feel better already after 2 weeks - I like the way the book describes what the ailment is about then about how to rectify it. I have now started to eat more and more fresh vegetables and Fruit and I do feel much better :-) I used to feel very tired in the afternoon, not now, I used to have an aching ankle after an accident 20 years ago,it doesn't seem to hurt as much and my breath seems to be fresh even if I forget to brush my teeth. I am now avoiding all processed foods (where I can) and think that the modern tablets (not all, as some I would think still beneficial) are designed for profit, I will from now on try a natural treatment by eating, exercising etc. before taking man made medicine. This is my opinion :-)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I feel better already after 2 weeks

I like the way the book describes what the ailment is about then about how to rectify it. Misleading not written by medical doctors, they are chiropractors. Warnings not given about some herbs supplements which is very irresponsible.
