Not to be used off road or on the back of caravans Review: Bought this rack to fit a Prado with a swinging back door. I wanted to be able to open the back without removing the bikes and it does just that. The instructions for install were a little thin starting with what size tires you have. The rack adjusts to three different tire widths so check that first. The rack came set to the middle size and didn't fit well. I have 265's so went with the widest setting and it's a good fit. Then there's the two straps. One goes from the top of the rack around the back of your spare tire, out the bottom and back the rack. Put this on first. Then the other one goes around the underside circumference of the tire. Then try your bikes a couple different ways to see what fits best. The instructions say to place one bike facing left and the other right but we found our bikes fit better both facing left. Once you've got it figured out it's really quite quick and easy to pass a cable lock through your spare wheel to lock the bikes for overnight expeditions. Most likely it will be too small for a 33" tire. **Q: will it get in the way of my backup camera in the middle of the tire** A: If the camera is in the middle of the tire, the frame itself will not block it. When the bike support bar is folded down (i.e. not in use), it comes close to the middle of the tire, so you should see it in the camera view. In any case, when you have bikes loaded, they will probably block the camera too. **Q: Can I use it on my travel trailer's spare tire?
