The material is also really nice and comfortable.What I like most about this is that even though this is designed for to go around your ankles, I find that this can also be used on your wrists for other exercises, like cable lateral raises. That being said, even when used as intended, I have no problems performing glute exercises and such.It comes with two straps at a lower price compared to other sellers, which only give you one.
