It took 3 weeks to get replacement through Speed Post both ways. Unfortunately, the automation logic was not working properly. They asked to re-send it to check. Thankfully, they replaced the whole system. It took 2 weeks to get the replacement, via Speed Post. It was the updated version as well, so I was happy and thankful to them. Within 4 months, the control unit stopped working, not switching on at all. Since then, they have neither responded on WhatsApp nor calls. Not usable after 8 months and two replacements. This is an year old experience. I was hoping that they would respond, as I really want this innovative product to succeed.
