A medium would work if i liked a loose fit. **Q: I am 6'4" 200 lbs and slim so when i get polos that fit in the chest and waist they usually are not long enough. Is shirt going to be the same?** A: I'm 6'3" and 205 lbs. I got a medium and it's long enough and fits well. It could stand to be longer, but it is much better at staying tucked in than my similar Nike polo.
