Mine slips all over the place. Does anyone have any suggestions for making this a true non-slip ruler?** A: I do not have a slip problem with Omnigrip. I do however have some other brand quilters rulers that slipped. I purchased small stick on circles made especially for this purpose. They look like hole punch reinforcements I used to get for school papers years ago. You peel them off a sheet and place the circles on several areas on the back of your quilter ruler. You can even use the donut hole piece on smaller rulers. Also, make sure you are holding the ruler firmly when cutting because the pressure used on the cutting blade going through several layers if fabric and pressed against the ruler edge can "move" even a non-slip ruler if not enough pressure is used in holding the ruler in place. Omnigrip just helps the cause. I love all my Omnigrip rulers. **Q: Is this a flexible ruler?** A: No, this ruler is a stiff ruler. Its thicker so you can use it with a rotary cutter. **Q: This ruler is supposed to be non-slip. Mine slips all over the place.
